EVSmart Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Opsoh (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in the EVSmart iOS app.

EVSmart is designed to run entirely on your device. We do not collect, store, or share your personal data on our own servers.

1. Information We Collect

EVSmart does not collect any personally identifiable information.

Specifically:

We do not require you to create an account.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or physical address.
We do not collect location data on our servers. Any location-based features (such as using your current location for weather) are handled by iOS and stay on your device.
We do not collect your device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or analytics identifiers.

All calculations (such as range estimates, charging time, and trip comparisons) happen locally on your device.

2. Analytics and Third Parties

EVSmart does not use third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase, or similar).
EVSmart does not show ads and does not share any data with advertising networks.
EVSmart does not send your information to any external servers controlled by Opsoh.

Any data used by Apple or your device (for example, the App Store, iCloud, or system services) is governed by Apple’s own privacy policies.

3. Data Storage

All app settings and preferences (such as your last used battery level or units) are stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage mechanisms.

We do not have access to this data and do not copy it to our own servers.

If you delete the EVSmart app from your device, the locally stored app data is removed as part of that process, subject to standard iOS behavior.

4. Children’s Privacy

EVSmart is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

Because we do not collect personal data at all, there is no personal information about children stored or processed by us.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app or in legal requirements.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. The updated policy will be available at this URL.
